Weston received his B.A., cum laude, from Susquehanna University in 2009. In 2017, he graduated cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, where he served as an editor of the University of Pittsburgh Journal of Law & Commerce. While in law school, Weston targeted his coursework toward civil litigation and was recognized with a CALI award for excellence in the course of Federal Courts and Litigation.
Weston joined Gaydos, Gaydos & Associates in the summer of 2017, and worked as a law clerk until being admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in October 2017. Before joining Gaydos, Gaydos & Associates, he worked as a law clerk for two years with the Law Firm of Swensen & Perer in downtown Pittsburgh. Since becoming an attorney with the firm, Weston has aided in a variety of civil matters, with a primary focus on personal injury and estate work. He is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania and is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association.
Weston is an avid sports fan who enjoys golf, running, football and basketball. He currently lives in the Bloomfield neighborhood of Pittsburgh with his girlfriend, Vanessa, and dog, Javi.
